February Fitness Challenge
Despite being the shortest month of the year, February can often feel like the longest. This year, we are challenging ourselves to stay active, get outdoors, hit the gym, or go for a walk—whatever keeps you happy! Aim for an average of 30 minutes of activity for the 28 days of February to complete the challenge (yes, we know it's a leap year, so you get a bonus day to complete it!).
